The house is well insulated, cosily furnished and pleasantly warm thanks to the fireplace and electric radiators (new: infrared heating). Start the day with a nice breakfast in the morning sun on the new terrace and watch the maritime activity on the Baltic Sea. And if it starts to rain, just stay seated - the terrace is partially covered. The house is protected from the west wind by its hillside location. A car park is available on the property.
