This vacation apartment in a prime but quiet location which is lovingly furnished in a maritime style has a large, well-kept swimming pool (approx. 15x10m), a Finnish sauna (80 degrees Celsius) and a steam bath (60 degrees Celsius). The truly spacious apartment on the ground floor of the complex in Haus “Vogelsand” has an entrance via the hallway on the first floor. It contains 2 separate bedrooms at the ground floor consisting of 1 bed room with a double bed (queen size) and TV, as well as a second bed room with bunk beds plus a further bed (90cm x 2m). Last but not least you will find one 1 small but nice bathroom with a shower. (It will be renovated in January 2024 for our guests. In the well-equipped kitchen at the first floor, which has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and numerous kitchen utensils (including spices and tee), you can prepare your meals very well. The apartment has a small but really nice balcony with a view into the “Duhner Heide” with horses on the pasture. A Nespresso machine, a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV and a high seat for children (under three) are also available. The unit has in total 5 beds, but it is more comfortable with 4 people but possible in the apartment which has 76 square meters living space. In the low season, the apartment can be booked for little money and for a short minimum period.

You can quickly get to the neighboring spa areas of Sahlenburg and Döse or to the harbor, where the ferry to Heligoland also starts. Enjoy the view of Neuwerk from the Duhner Promenade. From the mouth of the Elbe, the large container ships from the port of Hamburg set off on a long journey to the North Sea. Or follow the cruise ships as they set off into the wide world. In Duhnen you can experience a real feel-good atmosphere on the North Sea all year round. The location Apartment 307 in Haus Vogelsand is located on the edge of the idyllic Duhner Heide. The house is centrally located in Duhnen. You are at the promenade in 800 meters. The apartment is located in a child-friendly, traffic-calmed cul-de-sac with a well-kept playground behind the house. On the promenade you have the North Sea with a beautiful fine sandy beach, the promenade, many restaurants and various shopping opportunities at your feet.
