This newly furnished one bedroom vacation apartment is located in Petersthal, which belongs to the municipality of Oy Mittelberg. Due to the great and quiet location of the vacation home on the second floor, it is suitable for any age group. This accommodation consists of an area with a cozy sofa bed for 2 people, a 1.80 m box spring bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Thus, this vacation apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. On the covered terrace you can enjoy the view of the mountains. There is also a table tennis room, a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. Free wifi is also available. A basic supply of coffee, tea and sugar is also available. The apartment does not have a dishwasher and oven, but a bread service is offered three times a week for a fee. In case of longer stay it is possible to get a towel as well as bed linen change for a fee.. In addition, the resident enjoys direct access to the communal free indoor pool with counter-current system, as well as the communal sauna (by prior arrangement for a fee). This cozy apartment is complemented with a parking space in the underground garage for cars or motorcycles, as well as for bicycles. E-bikes can be parked in a separate lockable cellar. In the village there is a pizzeria, a kiosk-restaurant on the lake. Good restaurants, the spa house and grocery stores are about 4km away. Leisure activities in summer: walks in the foothills of the Alps, hiking around the Rottach reservoir (distance 15km), swimming in the Rottach lake and in the bathing lakes. Leisure activities in winter: A widely branched and well-signposted network of hiking trails as well as about 40km of groomed cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, children's ski lift in the village, nearest slope for downhill skiing in Nesselwang (10km).
