This unique accommodation with 203 sqm of living space plus over 30 sqm of roof terrace is located in the heart of Munich, just a stone's throw from the main train station. From here you can reach all the city's major sights on foot. In the middle of it all and yet quiet due to the excellent location in the rear building. The accommodation is suitable for all types of groups. Whether as a family, with work colleagues or friends - everyone will feel at home thanks to the enormous amount of space available. There is a 70" TV in the living room and a 55" TV in each of the four bedrooms, on which Magenta TV, Netflix and Disney can be watched free of charge. Other streaming services can also be watched with your own account. We offer accommodation including cities at the pulse of the city, as we are so centrally located that it could hardly be more central.

Nicole and I founded Le(on)Ni(cole) living. We met in a "bad" club in Munich in 2010 and have been going through life together ever since. Two young boys whose first names also begin with "Le" are part of our family. Nicole trained as a decorator - that's why our accommodation is so stylish. I'm relatively sporty and was always good at math. That's why I'm responsible for the rough stuff and the finances. My wife and I are available to you by phone and email during your stay.

There is a residential building in the front building. In the rear building, where this accommodation is located, there are only offices. So you are right in the middle of it all and still enjoy the peace and quiet. You are less than 300m from Munich main station. The Stachus is 700m away. From there you can reach Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt on foot. Königsplatz and the Pinakotheken and Circus Krone (for families) can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. Bars, discotheques, casinos and everything you could wish for can be found directly in front of the front building, although you won't hear anything from the rear building.
