I loved the bed, duvet and pillows and all of the service people went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful! I would sincerely appreciate knowing what your pillow type is for purchase as well as the personal duvet's --- absolutely loved them and we referred to them as "going to the clouds" for sleeping!
