The Altes Gericht is a bustling building where several residents and businesses coexist. The "Heimathafen," situated in the heart of the building, offers co-working spaces, conference rooms, an event venue, and a wonderful café called Delikt. The Altes Gericht is surrounded by a diverse neighborhood featuring both historic and modern buildings. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find Hochschule Fresenius (with an excellent cafeteria for lunch) as well as a variety of restaurants and supermarkets.
