I was born in the United States and during almost three decades learning to know this amazing country I’ve developed a deep love for Ecuador and the Ecuadorian People. My youngest son was born in Quito twenty five years ago. Casa de Campo came into my life when I was kindly invited for lunch one day in early 2011. When I walked in the front door I felt at home and was fortunate enough to fulfill a dream which included this delightful property later that same year. This is a shared Guest House with other guests located in a friendly nature-inspired environment from where you can be familiarized with Cayambe City and local wonders. You’ll have access to touristic information and connections to travel around the country. There's a shared TV area in the family room/home office, and a large outdoor terrace to relish a sunny day, read a book, and/or enjoy breakfast and leisure. We have a large kitchen with security and sanitary rules which can be used and shared by guests residing for longer visits beyond five days. Meals are offered and always available with advance reservations, values are declared at the time meal reservations are booked. We offer laundry and ironing services at reasonable rates and can assist with arrangements for airport transfers, domestic air transportation and tours anywhere around the country when requested in advance with sufficient time to do so.

Casa de Campo is located in Cayambe, Pichincha, Ecuador. Although we’re located in a remote native dairy farming country setting we're quite near to Cayambe City if you’re looking for nightlife activities, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, churches, travel agencies, a produce market, and/or an ATM, etc… We encourage you to take care if walking alone in Cayambe City at night as you would in any City Center, taxis are readily available and for four dollars you can return home safely at night or anytime. Our property is very safe, we control who gets in and out of the Guest House and our staff is meticulous and extremely trustworthy. The Guest House is only open for guests with reservations, so you and your belongings will always be secure as no one else is allowed inside. Getting around: There are several transportation options, some buses are available in front of our property and others are less than a block away at the street corner. These buses can take you to Cayambe City where it’s possible to get buses to Quito, Otavalo, Ibarra, and other places as well. We’ll gladly call a cab for you that will pick you up at our property.
