The apartment is situated near the city center - just a 15 minute walk away. Also just a short walking distance away from the apartment are public transport stops (tram/bus). 250meters away is also Tallinn University. The apartment is on the second floor (there is no elevator) of a house that only has 2 apartments and shares a courtyard with a house that has great cultural and historical significance. The apartment is small, but cosy and bright and fits everyone who wishes to take the time off in Tallinn and enjoy the many pleasures our city has to offer.

There are many cozy and pocket friendly eating places. Kadriorg Park's Swan Pond and president's palace is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are a number of museums in the park, including KUMU (the Estonian Art Museum), Kadriorg Art Museum and the Mikkeli Museum. The Pirita promenade 10 minutes and the Song Festival Grounds are 15 minutes away. You can reach the apartment by trams nr 1 and 3 (the stop is called L.Koidula) and by buses (coming from the city center the stop would be Uus-Sadama and coming from Lasnamäe or Pirita then the stop would be Poska). The ones that are travelling by car can park in Europark's mobile parking lot at Koidula 6 (2 minutes away from the apartment) according to the prices set - 24 hours 5 euros. Parking near the apartment on the street is for a fee according to the rates of downtown parking zone - 0,025 euros per minute Mon-Fri 07:00-19:00, Sat 08:00-15:00, Sun for free.
