Excellent location of the apartment offers you a relaxing stay with everything within a walking distance. This brand new apartment is designed to accommodate up to 2 guests. The space comes with an open concept living room-kitchen, separate bedroom and a bathroom. It is modern, spacious and tastefully decorated with all the necessities provided for you to have a comfortable stay. Living room has a spacious seating area and a wide screen TV with local and international channels. It is connected to the fully equipped kitchen that comes with a dining area, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven and a kettle. In addition, there is a furnished balcony. The bedroom comes with a comfortable queen size bed. Bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower. There are also ironing facilities, washing machine, drying rack for clothes and a hair dryer. Linen, towels, slippers, shower gel and soap are provided.
