Property information

The apartment is located on the 27th floor and has an extraordinary view to Tallinn City Center. The building has an elevator for quick transport to the apartment. The apartment comes with a cozy living room where to spend some quality time in the evening. There's a comfortable couch, TV, a TV table and a wide window to explore the outside. TV comes with more than 30 different local and international channels. The kitchen area is connected with the living room and offers our guests everything needed for cooking a homey meal or preparing a snack. It's fully equipped and comes with a fridge, oven, kettle, coffee machine, stove, dining area and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bedroom offers our guests a comfortable queen size bed, a wardrobe and 2 smaller closets to fit all the clothes and other belongings. For people who would like to work in the apartment, there is a nice table as a working area in the bedroom. The bathroom contains a shower, washing machine, sink and a toilet. The whole apartment has a fast wireless internet connection. It's also equipped with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bed sheets, towels, slippers, shower gel and soap.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a hard to beat location right in the middle of Tallinn's city centre. All the main shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms and other businesses are right around the corner within the walking distance. One big shopping centre Stockmann with a grocery store as well is located just around the corner. Other shopping centres like Solaris or Viru Center are within 600 meters. Tallinn's most famous Old Town with all the popular cafes, restaurants, bars, museums, and all the sights is also easily accessible on foot. For visiting other parts of the city, there's a good public transport network around the apartment. There's a direct tram connection with the airport. The stop Paberi for that is just 300 meters away. Other popular areas like Telliskivi Creative City (2,5km) and Noblessner (3,2km away) are easily accessible using public transport.
