It is a cozy wooden house with 8 apartments. Some of the apartments are rented out in the summer and most are occupied by the owners and their families. The apartments have recently been fully refurbished while the house is waiting to be renovated in autumn this year. The rooms have high ceilings which makes them spacious and comfortable. Both apartments have a fireplace. Behind the house there is a large garden with little apple trees and some bigger trees and flowers. Since most of the residents are quite private people then the use of the garden has been reserved only for the residents which means no grilling, drinking, parting etc. in the garden. There really is no better neighbourhood/area to be in Pärnu than this. It is connected to the network of pedestrian roads that cover most of Pärnu. It is 300m from the nearest bus stop and 600m from the central bus station. There is a children's playground across the street and a large skatepark in 300m away just across the Vallikraav. The house is in the beach area and 1km from the main beach. Right next to it is the Vallikäär. The City Hall and Old Town are 500m away. Most of the restaurants, pubs, cafes and night clubs in Pärnu are less than 1km away and Pärnu Yachtclub is right around the corner for example.
