Property information

The 52 m2 peaceful apartment in a new courtyard house with a private green fenced yard in the heart of Tallinn, a short walk from the Old Town, The Rotermann Quarter, Kadriorg. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a single traveller but it suits also for a small family. The max sleeping capacity is 4 pax. There is a good quality queen size bed in the bedroom, a single sofa bed and a single sofa bed/convertible armchair in the living room. Feather duvets and pillows and sateen bedding together with black out curtains assure a goodnight sleep. The hypoallergenic duvets and pillows are available on request. A baby bed with linen, feeding chair, pot and bath are available if needed. A big built-in wardrobe makes the flat comfortable for guests with more luggage. Laundry and ironing equipment are available. Fully equipped kitchen is suitable for wide variety meal preparation. Unique light Estonian breakfast is provided by the owner. There is free Wifi access throughout the property. Spacious courtyard has a landscaped rest area with benches and children`s playground. The Police Garden park around the corner is suitable for walking and work-out. One parking place is available free of charge. Good connection to Airport, Central Bus and Central Train Station.

The apartment is located in Torupilli quarter, a small subdistrict in the district of Kesklinn. It is a residential area close to attractions and interesting dining options in the heart of Tallinn. Torupilli is known for its greenery, historic buildings, and quiet streets. You stay in the city center, yet feel secluded as the building is surrounded by trees and lovely wooden houses that create a small town feel. The most diverse and interesting are the Art Nouveau residences of Laulupeo Street, 2 min walk from your location. Tallinn Old Town, Kadriorg, The Rotermann Quarter are all within a walking distance. Shopping centers and Tallinn Central Market selling fresh domestic products are in the immediate vicinity. Very good public transport connections.
