The whole building is ours. "(AB By The River) Apartment 801 With Great View", is one of 25 units in our Building, It’s under cameras security 24 h/d. We are in the most strategic location in Cairo in the front of Sheraton Cairo Hotel. The whole area is under high security. We have four diplomatic people who live with us in the same building, also we have our teamwork who are always in your service. -We have 25 different sizes of apartments for rent in our building, all with the same amazing Nile View. -All of our apartments are new modern furniture. Also, You can take your Coffee & Tea for FREE at our Nile garden Cafe, In addition, you can take Great photoshoots on the building Rooftop.

PLEASE CHECK our additional HOUSE RULES & make sure that's comfortable with you BEFORE RESERVATION. Thank you For choosing our Apartment♥
-The building is located in the very heart of Cairo at the Galaa square, and the area is alive all day long. It is 10 mins of walking away from Tahrir square & The Egyptian Museum, 15 mins car ride to the Civilisations museum, and 20 mins car ride to the Great pyramids, and the new Grand Egyptian Museum. -There are two big supermarkets in area 2-7 mins walk from the building, and a small market in the back of the building. If you have a car you will have two options of parking, the First is to park in any spot around the corner for free, or ask us for the a private parking, there is a few in the area, it costs 50 pounds per night and they are 100% safe. -Our building is the only one that has its own spacious garden direct to the Nile. it’s a garden and a marina where you can rent one of our speed boats or Jet-skis, where you can sit to enjoy the view of the Nile, coffee and tea are always for free to our guests. -Kindly Check our HOUSE RULES & make SURE they are perfect for you *BEFORE RESERVATION* ‏ -Marriage Certificate is Required for couples or mixed groups (Orfi or official). ‏ -No Alcohol drinks. ‏- ‏No Shisha, No drugs. -No Smoking inside the apartment.
