It’s entire Cosy and quite Flat contain 2 big bed room (1 double room master with bathroom) + (1 big room with 2 single big beds) only for families and people who come for work or for people who won’t have parties inside. All curtains are black out in addition to second layer of stylish curtain fit with the style of the room. Huge living room with 72 TV size and L-shape sofa and Terrasse look at the backyard the garden view so its quite and not noisy. 2 bathrooms, with bathtub. 1 kitchen with all necessary equipments The smoking in the Terrasse only please. All rooms have A/C air condition warm and cold. The building is with 24 hours security and cameras. You have free parking place in the building but let me know before if you need it. Transportations at the end of the street a station of micro bus which take you everywhere, of course Uber or Kareem is faster and not expensive at all. It’s new flat just finished with renovating it and all the furniture are brand new, so I kindly ask and wish that you take care about the flat during your stay. I wish you great and nice time staying in my flat.
The Flat locate in a very nice area which is also called the golden area. Close by 7 min walking to city starts mall (one of the biggest mall in the Middle East) and in the same street is city center mall full of outdoor coffee shops and many Resturant. It’s located in a amazing area ful of shops and restaurants and mall 2 minute wlking to the City Center Mall which is full of restaurants like KFC Pizza Hat and Hardeez and Macdonalds and others 7 minutes walking to the biggest Mall in the Middle East till 2015 City Star Mall. 7 minutes walking to the park called the child Park which is also surrounded with many coffee shops and restaurants The flat located between 2 main streets Ahmed fakhry and Makram Obeed
