The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people - ideal for bringing family and friends together. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in the living room and bedrooms - also offer heating), a fan, a washing machine, a game console as well as a smart TV with streaming services. On top of that, a table tennis table and a pool table are also provided for your enjoyment. A baby crib is also available free of charge. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The pool can be used all year. Free parking is available on the property. For late check-in, please inform the homeowner in advance. Rave parties are not allowed and any events held at the villa are only ever allowed for guests booked in the reservation. Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
