We distinguish ourselves by offering fully certified, clean and well-equipped luxury apartments located on the 'top floor' with a phenomenal view over the goalf course. All our penthouses are nicely furnished and equipped with WI-FI, air conditioning, heating, good beds and a large terrace. The panoramic view from the private terrace is magnificent. After each stay, the penthouses are thoroughly cleaned and any defects are always solved. You are assured of a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Our luxury Top Floor penthouses are located on the third and highest floor directly on the edge of the "Alhama Signature Golf Course". From the balcony you have a beautiful panoramic view over the golf course and the surroundings. Our penthouses are clean and fully equipped. They come standard with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning as well as ceiling vans in the living room and the bedrooms, heating, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Our luxury penthouses also offer more than 4000 international TV channels and Video on Demand (VOD) at no extra charge. The penthouses have a nice interior, good mattresses in the bedrooms and a compact but well-equipped kitchen. The tap water is filtered and therefore drinkable. You do not have to buy bottles of water, you can simply drink the water from the tap. The bathroom is very recently renovated with a nice walk-in shower. On the large terrace you can relax on the comfortable lounge set and enjoy the views on the golf course and the mountains. The sun screens on the terrace give good sun protection. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens that keep the mosquitoes out. A lift is available and you can access a private parking place.

Guests of our penthouses who would like to golf receive a discount on the green fee or golf lessons for up to two people per day. If you don't like to golf there is a lot to see and do in the surroundings. The area is not spoilt yet and not discovered by mass tourism. The coast is nearby as well as interesting ancient towns. And the climate in Murcia is very nice. The sun shines 320 days a year so also a nice place to stay for a winter in Spain.
