Please note that a damage deposit of 300 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. Brand new duplex in a quiet area of Cosa Adeje which has on the first floor the living-dining room together with the kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, a bedroom with Smart TV, a bathroom and a large terrace with a barbecue. On the second floor there is the second bedroom also with Smart TV, a second bathroom, a living room with Smart Tv and with a sofa bed and another terrace with hammocks to enjoy the sun and the views. The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, Smart TVs and Wi-Fi. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the entire Costa de Adeje, the sea and the island of La Gomera in the background. It is a quiet area but at the same time close to shopping centers, bars, shops and restaurants. Ideal for your holidays in the south of Tenerife.
