Frances' apartment exceptionally clean and well maintained. In Canarian style with everything needed to self-cater. Very close to beach and the shops/restaurants. Beautiful large outside terrace with sunbeds(2), table and 4 chairs , wicker chairs for 4 and large umbrella. Quiet spacious apt. Frances easy to contact.

Excellent property in ideal central location with great sea views and shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Apartment very clean, nice decor and well equipped for self catering. Communication from host Francis very good with all queries prior to arrival and in resort dealt with quickly. Nice walk down seafront to Marina Rubicon - try out different restaurants, visit markets or admire fancy yachts in harbour. Would highly recommend property for family or couples. We visit Lanzarote regularly and will definitely book again.

I have to say everything was perfect for us. We loved: - the location near the sea, supermarket and restaurants. It was not difficult to find a parking as there is plenty in the street and around. - the flat with a lovely balcony, very well equipped kitchen, washing machine, plenty of wardrobes and storage and very good powerful shower and also the nice fluffy towels - Francis, the host was amazing. He sent us so many advices and recommendations, it was all super easy. And definitely follow his recommendation we had some amazing food over the few days we were there. We will be back for sure.

    Hi Simon, 11 steps to the 1st floor apartments and 22 to the penthouse apartment. All apartments are full equipped with private bathroom.
