The hospitality of the owners was excellent. During the trip an incident occurred when a family member's luggage, which had returned home earlier, was lost in transit. Not knowing what to do, I asked the owner for help. She negotiated with the airline several times, despite being on holiday. All along she encouraged me not to give up. Ten days after returning home, my luggage returned as she had said it would. We were very impressed by her concern and contact after we had returned home. She will help you no matter what. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You can travel with peace of mind! I would definitely recommend it!

We are at your disposal if you have any question or problem. Since we are not a hotel, we do not have a reception desk, therefore we would appreciate if you could let us know your arrival time. If you are planning to check-in after 20.00, please, contact us.

Our apartments are located in the heart of Madrid, only a few meters away from Plaza Mayor and 200 meters away from Puerta del Sol. They are quiet, full of light and ready for both long and short stays. The furniture and beds are made by the well-known manufacturers Luis Comyn and Mesefor respectively. The kitchens are fully equipped we not only provide free wifi but also hair drier, iron set, clothesline, TV, A/C and heating. Furthermore, the apartment always includes clean towels and sheets.

The building is located in the middle of downtown Madrid, just a few meters away from Plaza Mayor and 200 meters away from Puerta del Sol. The area is full of shops, bars and restaurants full of life that will make you enjoy the Madrilenian atmosphere, gastronomy and traditions. This touristic spot allows our guests to enjoy the main atractions of the city on foot. However, there are some close subway stations like Sol (lines 1,2 and 3; also connected to the train service), Ópera (lines 2, 5 and R), as well as some bus lines, which connects you to anywhere in the city.
