This is a typical Sevillian house in Mariscal street with 4 exclusive flats distributed around the Sevillian courtyard. It is an incredible property that opened its doors after a complex and meditated rehabilitation process recovering one of the stately houses of the neighbourhood. The original construction dates back to the end of the 19th century and the house was completely renovated in 2010. The location in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz is one of the most central corners of the city. A great starting point to discover the monumental and baroque Seville, the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the legacy of the Expo of '29 and the extensive cultural and leisure offer that the city of the Guadalquivir has to offer. Charming places such as Plaza de los Refinadores, Plaza de las Cruces, Plaza de los Venerables and Plaza de doña Elvira are just a few steps away, you will discover the magic of Seville, all within walking distance! You can also use public transport (there are numerous bus and metro lines just a stone's throw away) or cycle at your leisure thanks to the cycle lane. Oh, and if you're travelling by car, forget about parking problems, as there is a public car park just a few metres from the house.

The Santa Cruz neighbourhood, the city's tourist area par excellence, is home to Seville's Gothic cathedral, from whose Giralda you can enjoy panoramic views, and the Real Alcázar, a Mudejar-Renaissance-style palace surrounded by lush gardens.
