Two-storey villa. On the ground floor there is an spacious open living/dining room with access to the covered terrace with a table and chairs that enjoys pool views -this terrace has a vertical awning-. Big kitchen that has a dining table. Utility room and guest toilet. On this floor is the master bedroom wiith a double bed and en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. There also two twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious twin bedroom with open en suite shower-room. This bedroom has a private terrace with chill-out area that has partial views to the small sandy cove. On the lower level is the infinity pool with a comfortable barbecue area with a table, a larder, fridge and sink. Outside shower-room. From the pool area through the garden there is access to the sandy cove. Air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable.
