The holiday home with rustic wooden beams and tasteful decoration has a living room, a spacious, very well equipped kitchen with a dining table and a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and a television. Outside you can prepare fresh meals on the barbecue and enjoy them on the covered terrace, from which you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastal landscape. Stroll through your lush garden and relax in the fresh air. Due to its excellent location, a selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are only a 5-minute walk from the house. The small bay Caló d'es Parral with its pebble beach is only a 1-minute walk away. Those who are looking for sandy beaches and water sports can drive approximately 12 minutes by car to reach the 2 km long sandy beach of Sa Canova. Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
