The villa is a detached 5 bedroom villa nestled on the edge of Villamartin golf course, giving an idyllic sense of seclusion, yet close to the holiday vibe. Life at the villa is designed to be spent outside, either on the large rear balcony or one of the terraces around the villa. The interior is no less impressive, walking into the villa you will enter to an open plan living area full of natural light. A 55" tv with UK & European Channels, Netflix, Bluetooth soundbar & WiFi throughout the villa. Contemporary kitchens with everything you will need for a multi-generational or group of friends staying together, even including a filtered tap for fresh drinking water. For the families, we do have a washing machine available also. French doors lead onto a large balcony designed for Al fresco dining and living throughout the day. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 fresh bathrooms for your enjoyment & comfort. Both inside & out there is enough space for everyone in your party to eat & socialise together when you wish, yet also maintain a sense of privacy and peace.

Location of the Villa is that of a 15 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza, a short drive to La Zenia Shopping centre. But should this be your first time to Villamartin, just drop your bags as you will have a lot of ground to cover. Culinary delights to suit all palettes within walking distance, so don't be shy go and try. 150 meters from the villa is the swimming pool, lined with tall privacy hedging, there is an urban gym, a toddlers pool & a 25 meter swimming pool. Stay for the day? Covered picnic tables and chairs, showers, toilets all on site, for those wishing to stay connected there is even free Wifi. This area is renowned for its excellent golfing facilities; Villamartin Golf is one of the most established courses in the Valencia's Community. Its extraordinary design and unmatched setting undoubtedly make this course one of the best golf courses in Spain. Nearby is Campomar, Las Rambalas, Los Colinas and the vibrant La Finca Golf & Spa. 7 golf courses for 7 days! We would recommend hiring a car to see all of the attractions the area has to offer. For families: there are theme parks, water parks, horse riding, jet skis, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming all locally.
