All new furnishings and items in the apartment are BRAND-new which includes a super comfy BED SIZE XXL(1,80 x 2,00 meters) ideal to have a perfect rest after a long day exploring the island. There's also a CONFORTABLE dinning table for four people that you can use also if you have some work while staying at the apartment. The apartment is in the first floor and to access to the building you have some stairs. The building has elevator/lift. The apartment is in an unbeatable area of the city. A few steps away you will find the emblematic Weyler Square and the famous and busy Castillo Street, as well as the Rambla Pulido, Plaza de los Patos. Easy access to tram, public transport. Bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, greengrocer's everything you need.
