The amount of the stay will be paid in full at the time of entry and this amount is non-refundable in case of early departure.

Drinks consumed during meals are not included in meal plans.

The towels provided by the hotel are for use in the room and in no case may they be used for the pool and / or beach.

It will be considered as a group 3 or more rooms that are booked together for the same dates even if the bookings are made separately and under different names.

In case of receiving one or more bookings that can be considered as a group by putting together the total number of rooms, Hotel El Palmeral under its own discretion can apply admission rights or apply different policies regardless of those specified in the bookings.

Under no circumstances will Hotel El Palmeral take responsibility for any expenses derived from the relocation and/or any additional expenses these unauthorized groups may incur into.

Please note the hotel does not have a dinner service. Reservations with half board will always include breakfast and lunch.

ID or passport will be required at check-in to all guests of 14 years old or above. Copies or photos are not valid.

Due to current legislation, we cannot take cash payments of over 1000EUR. This applies to national guests, residents and professional foreigners.
