EVA RECOMMENDS invites you to stay in our bright and modern three-bedroom apartment in the San Lorenzo neighborhood. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and does not have an elevator. The apartment has an area of ​​125 m2 so you can enjoy your stay in a spacious, comfortable and bright space, since it has large windows that face the outside and allow the apartment to have excellent natural light. It is distributed in a living room, an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and three bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, both with private bathroom equipped with shower, soap of hands, gel and shampoo. Finally, it consists of a third room that becomes a charming independent studio with a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a small integrated kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the apartment has heating, centralized air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
