This spectacular 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse is located on the eighth and top floor of a building in the historic Echeverría del Palo neighborhood, just a few minutes from the beach. Upon entering, we find the living room, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, Smart TV, an auxiliary table, and a desk area. From the living room, we access a spectacular terrace that wraps around most of the apartment, featuring a seating area, sun loungers, and a dining table, perfect for enjoying the Málaga climate. The terrace offers stunning views of the sea, the neighborhood, and the Montes de Málaga. The living room has direct access to the dining area and kitchen, which is fully equipped and separated by a wall. The hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1.35x2 m), the master bedroom with a double bed (1.50x2 m), built-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace, and the last bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90x2 m) and a built-in wardrobe. Next to the last bedroom is the second full bathroom with a shower. The area surrounding the apartment is lively, with numerous bars, supermarkets, and small local shops. The promenade is just a few minutes’ walk away, where you can enjoy the best Málaga gastronomy, including the famous "pescaito frito" and sardine espetos, recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. The area is very peaceful and retains much of Málaga's traditional essence, with the local fishermen still inhabiting the area.
