‘Eva Recommends’ was born out of a passion turned into a profession. Eva, from Jerez and settled in Seville since 2004, offers beautiful accommodations in ‘Casas con Encanto’ offering her guests in an outstanding and personal way, the opportunity to get to know the beautiful Seville and other destinations in Andalusia, becoming the best cicerona. Hence the name ‘Eva Recommends’. We are a great team who put soul and passion into our work. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all guests who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation. 🐾We are Pet Friendly - on request. We accept pets up to 20kg. We will apply a supplement between 8 to 20 per night, depending on breed, size and age. ⚠️No inform us that you are coming with your pet, it will incur a penalty.

This fantastic apartment with capacity for 4 people is located in the historic centre of Jerez. In order to create a unique and cosy atmosphere, the old elements of the original architecture of the manor house have been respected. It has a bedroom with a double bed 1.50m, a dressing room, a bathroom with designer shower, a separate kitchen, 3 balconies to the street and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for use whenever you need it. In addition, you have clean bedding, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker, television, washing machine, free wifi, central heating and air conditioning, to make your arrival home a pleasant and relaxing time. PARKING: The apartment has an underground parking lot on the second floor, not suitable for very large cars since it is a small space and you have to maneuver. There is a paid public parking right in front of the building. If you want a perfect stay in this magnificent city, this comfortable apartment is ideal for you. Opening hours: Check-in: from 16:00 h Check-out: before 11:00 h Please note that in case of non-compliance with these times, an additional charge may be applied. Unless previously agreed with Eva Recommends, an unauthorised early check-in or late check-out will incur a penalty.

This beautiful apartment is located in the third urban conglomerate of Andalusia, Jerez, the world capital of wine, horses and flamenco. Our cosy stately apartment is located in the historic centre of the city, characterised by its incredible architectural heritage. In addition to the Alcázar and the Cathedral, which are unavoidable, you can also visit the churches of the Reconquest, located in the centre of the medieval quarter. The squares of Arenal and Plateros will allow you to enjoy a pleasant break before continuing through the lively medieval neighbourhoods of San Miguel and Santiago, home to the convents of Santo Domingo and where the terraces of the bars alternate with the shops. The Royal School of Equestrian Art is only 8 minutes walk from our apartment. Here you can enjoy equestrian shows as well as its museum, which houses one of the most nationally recognized collections of carriages. If you also want to know the Jerez culture and live its atmosphere, the best way to do it is to go by tabancos. The tabancos are the typical sherry taverns, which have their origin in the traditional Sherry wine offices.

As specified in the conditions of your reservation, you will be required to make a deposit to protect us from any damage. Through a secure online service, we never ask for your banking details over the phone. The deposit amount is not charged or blocked, it is a pre-authorization. When traveling with pets, please note that an additional fee applies depending on the breed or size of your pet, per (night/stay). Please note that the property only allows pets that have been informed before booking. Failure to inform that you are coming with your pet has a penalty of €300.

HOUSE RULES: Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it. On the day of departure please leave the apartment in good condition. Near each apartment you will find garbage containers. Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. We care about your rest and also that of our neighbours. Please be aware of the noise throughout the day and above all, after 10 PM relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

INFORM YOU that you have rented a tourist apartment, we are not a hotel or an apartment with services. Additional cleaning service or other extra services are available upon request.

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE: The law in Spain obliges and requires that all guests must be registered. To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment.

PETS UPON REQUEST: You must always ask us before and inform us of the breed and age of your pet. Failure to inform us that you come with your pet, incurs a penalty of 300€. NO smoking in the apartment and common areas, we are a smoke-free space, so smoking is not allowed in any area or apartment in the building.

SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed. Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.

HELP: with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt.
