We really enjoyed our stay at Kivir. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was great, we enjoyed the complimentary mini bar plus the drinks and snacks in the lobby too. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, a short walk from all the main tourist sites. The terrace bar is a lovely setting to enjoy a drink, soak in the sunshine and the views. We would also recommend the hotel restaurant for tapas. We would highly recommend staying here.

One can not go wrong with Kivir. Modern hotel with an amazing minimalist concept. Very comfortable and modern room, and excellent bathrooms. location is good, right next to Triana bridge and a 10 min walk from La Giralda, Alcazar and the Cathedral. What I liked most was the extra mile the hotel goes in ensuring a comfortable stay, by providing complimentary refreshments in both the rooms and lobby.

This was an absolutely fabulous hotel on all accounts! From initial communication when staff helped me with a scheduling issue on my end, to the wonderful welcome w/ fresh fruit and champagne, a perfectly clean room with great amenities (different light settings, sleeping kit w/ mask and ear plugs, robes/slippers, nice quality toiletries). We really enjoyed the breakfast spread, high quality for a reasonable price, and loved the rooftop terrace. The location itself is extremely convenient, we loved being close to the river for walks... and were within 5-20 minutes of every major 'sightseeing' location in Seville. Lots of nice fun restaurants and bars just steps away from the hotel - but don't worry at all, the windows seal well and like I said there are ear plugs in case you are an extremely sensitive sleeper.

The staff was exceptional-from the front desk, the terrace lounge to the housekeepers. Very friendly. Our backpack was stolen at the bus station, so they helped us file a report with the police. The hotel was extremely clean and fresh and the breakdown on the terrace offered a good variety. we would stay again if ever in Seville.

Gorgeous hotel with great facilities and exceptional service. Breakfast was fantastic, wifi was excellent and location was perfect. there’s a larking garage right behind the hotel as well in case you bring a car. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Sevilla.

Wonderful staff and service. Great location near river, parking lot nearby, waking distances to main attractions. Nice pool to relax. Terrace with great view and really good drinks, perfect after walking through the city or to enjoy a great breakfast. Lots of amenities included: minibar, coffee area with snacks during the day, etc Very clean and spacious rooms.

Amazing location right in the center of Seville and close to all the attractions. the staff was super hospitable and helpful since we arrived all the way till check out especially Matheu who was amazing and took great care of us. Super nice and spacious terrace.
