Fabulous and completely reformed apartment, located in one of Plaza Mayor's archways. This spacious and cozy apartment is situated in Calle Felipe III number 7. Calle Felipe III is one of the pedestrian only streets that accesses Plaza Mayor, and the apartment is located right next to one of Plaza Mayor´s archways. The apartment is on the third floor, and the building being one of the original and protected buildings of the area does not have an elevator. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, with a maximun capacity of 10 people. The living room has a large sofa bed and TV. The independent dinning room has a dinning table for up to 10 people. Both the living and dinning rooms have a balcony onto the street. Guests can prepare their meals in the kitchen, which is fully equiped with washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment also has 2 full bathrooms. The apartment has heating and free wifi. Welcome breakfast for all our guests.

Situated in Plaza Mayor, and 100 meters from Puerta del Sol, you can live the experience of having Madrid at your feet!
