The location is excellent! No better place in central Madrid. The room it is ok, but small. I didn't taste the breakfast because there are a lot of places to eat breakfast in central Madrid.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, right next to Puerta del Sol. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were most impressed by the service—the girl at the front counter was very helpful, patient, and kind. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and addressed any issues we had. They also provide luggage storage here which was helpful for us. Would stay here again!
