Personally Playa San Juan 1 - Two Bed is my favourite out of all the apartments I rent out in Tenerife. Playa San Juan is a very small resort but it has everything you need: the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment is a penthouse with a large sunny balcony and brilliant sea views. There is no pool, but who needs a pool when you have the beach on your doorstep. The balcony has a patio table and 4 rattan chairs with cushions. There are 2 sun umbrellas, so eating alfresco is a very pleasant experience. There are 4 good quality rattan sun loungers and a little table and a couple of chairs for a romantic drink to watch the sun setting over the ocean. The views cannot be beaten, of the sea, harbour and beach. The balcony is double width with patio doors leading back into the master bedroom and the lounge. In the lounge there is a large L-shaped sofa, armchair and coffee table. For entertainment, there is a flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, a DVD player and wifi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle.

There is also a breakfast bar and 4 stools and patio doors leading out to a small balcony area with a patio table and a couple of chairs. As there are several patio doors on each side of the apartment it is quite a cool and airy apartment. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers with large mirror above, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, and patio doors leading out to the balcony. There is also an ensuite bathroom consisting of a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin, bidet and WC. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers with mirror above, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. A 2nd family bathroom is provided for this bedroom, consisting of a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin and WC. The apartment has lift access and is all on one level. There is a wash house on the balcony with a washing machine.
