Please note that a damage deposit of 500 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid. The pool heating costs 150 euro per week. Magnificent villa in Torviscas Alto with splendid views over the south coast and ocean. It has 4 large double bedrooms ( two of them are comunicated), 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining roomwith access to the porch with outdoor dining. The living room is very spacious, with several sofas and a large TV. Outside the villa there are several terraces with seating areas and a private pool. The villa is equipped with all necessary appliances, safe, dishwasher and washing machine, bed linen, bath and pool towels. The villa has TV with international channels in the living room, WI-FI and air conditioning in all areas. There is a parking space next to the villa on the street (the garage is not available for guests). From all the floors you have views of the sea and the open mountain. The villa is a 5 minute drive from the nearest beach.
