Javea Holiday Rentals is a small holiday rental company formed in 2020 by husband & wife team, Mark & Christine. We started the company, drawing on our vast customer service history from previous careers as well as our vast knowledge of Jávea and surrounding areas, because we believe we can offer a service and experience second to non for all our guests. We only focus on Jávea and all the houses and apartments we manage are for people we know and them count among our close circle of friends. We take care of you from start to finish and will meet you on your first day to make sure you and your group are settled in with all things you require for a great holiday as well as when it´s time to say goodbye and to wave you away as friends. We are always at the end of a phone 24/7 not only for advice and suggestions but also for those times when you need a little more support, We provide a FREE ´Welcome Pack´ to get you started as well as ´Beach Towels´ for use during your stay. Villa Ermita is a large, beautiful 6-bedroom villa. Situated in the exclusive ‘Montgo National Park’ area of Javea the house is in a quiet residential street, perfect for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday and ideal for those that want the space to spread out and relax. The ‘Landscaped Gardens’ and ‘Chill Out Areas’ offer something for everyone and is ideal for large families. The large, private south facing terrace with its ‘Free-Formed Infinity Pool’ has its own beach, perfect for little ones and enjoys privacy, security and is a great place to top up that tan. The ‘Pool Area’ enjoys 10 hours of sun a day and is perfect for those that just want to soak up those rays with no fear of being overlooked. At lunch you do not have to move far from that sunbed. There is a large poolside kitchen with gas BBQ and a large 12 seat dining table, perfect for poolside alfresco dining and spending quality time with family and friends on those long summer days. The house boasts 6 double rooms set over three floors including a separate apartment. There is an additional sofa bed increasing the capacity to 14 people, if required and all bedrooms are comfortable and air-conditioned. Guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity and space for large families and mature groups and is only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants.
