Our two bedroom blue top apartment is directly opposite a large well kept swimming pool. There is also a third bedroom with an Ikea sofa bed that can sleep two guests. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the living room has a modern air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob , microwave, air fryer , juicer and small George Foreman grill. There is also a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. There is free Telfy TV and Wifi available and enough seating for 6 people in the living room. The apartment has a small courtyard outside and steps leading to a sun terrace with a great view of the pool and hills nearby. It comes with a sun gazebo , outside furniture , sun loungers with cushions , standard charcoal bar bbq and an electric grill bbq. WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE.

Hosts live in an apartment downstairs and are available for information and assistance during working hours 9am to 6pm. The hosts can arrange local car hire if needed, please let them know when booking as hire cars book up quickly in the summer. They can also help with airport shuttles for parties of 4 or less.

We strongly advise that a car is needed for this area . Taxis are available in short supply in summer and there is no local bus serviceThe apartment is a blue top in the community of Altos de la Marquesa . It is within a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk of El Recorral conservation area. It is the same distance from La Marquesa golf course , shops, restaurants and bars. The beach of El Moncayo is 15 minutes drive away and there is loads of parking areas. Other beaches nearby are Guardamar, La Mata, and the beaches of the main town Torrevieja.
