Beautifully renovated two bedroom apartment with 130 square metre roof terrace! Located in centre of town with amazing panoramic views! The space This two bedroom apartment is within walking distance of all amenities, bars and restaurants. There is also a separate games room with full size pub style pool table, ping pong table and dart board for guests use! It features a private 130 square metre roof terrace (which gets the sun all day) with loungers, furniture, bbq, fire pit and amazing panoramic views of the town! Equipped with a modern kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc) and everything you could need! Tea and coffee are provided as well. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and there is also a separate area with dining table. There is a 50 inch smart tv including subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. The bathroom features a huge walk in shower, towels are provided along with toiletries and a hair dryer. Both bedrooms have double beds and ceiling fans, spare bed linen is provided for longer stays etc.  NEW FROM AUGUST 2023: An amount of 5 euros will be refunded to guests who take their waste (glass, recyclables and general waste) with them on departure. Please send me a message confirming you have done this when leaving and the refund will be issued immediately.
