Despite the curiosity of my youth which pushed me to discover other places and cultures, I decided to trust my heart feelings and therefore chose this city with its heritage and its ramparts as my home. Welcome to our charming 30 sqm apartment located on the 1st floor of an authentic, private and secure building in the heart of Vannes. We have completely renovated it and decorated it carefully in honor of the Gulf of Morbihan. It has a lovely bedroom with a glass partition, providing a cozy sleeping area in complete privacy. Its location is ideal for enjoying the many points of interest in the city of Vannes with all the necessary comfort for a successful stay. Our accommodation: - Located on the first floor of a small and friendly residence with 6 apartments. - Smartly designed space of 30m2 with a living room featuring a sofa and TV that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. - Italian-style shower room with sink and toilet. Equipment provided: → Bath mat and kitchen towel included → Cleaning kit included (sponge, 1 garbage bag, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 dishwashing liquid, 1 multi-surface cleaner) We would be delighted to welcome you at our place and provide any advice on the best things to do and places to visit so you can make the most out of your stay. Please note that we have the following options available at extra cost: 1) Bed linen rental + 1x towel per person Double bed = 25EUR / pack (2 towels) 2) Cleaning service at check-out = 30EUR / stay You can choose to bring your own bed sheets, towels or handle the cleaning. You have the responsibility to handle the cleaning at the end of your stay if you do not wish to use our service. However, we will deduct the fees (30EUR) via Booking if the cleaning is not done at check-out. Please kindly let us know if you need any of the options above as soon as you book.
