Welcome to my home ! I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 110 square meters apartment, located on the 4th floor with elevator and situated in Aix-en-Provence. Charming and well equipped, it will be perfect for a tourist stay of 6 persons. You will particularly love its magnificent panoramic terrace! The city center is only 10 minutes away by car, and you will be very well served by public transportation to stroll around the city! ## Logement Located in Aix-en-Provence, my apartment is sublime and will be perfect for a tourist stay. It can accommodate 6 people and is composed of three bedrooms with two double beds and a sofa bed, a shower room and a bath room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with a television to relax easily. During summer, the flat remains very pleasant thanks to the shade cloth on the terrace and the ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, very efficient Ceiling Fans, Microwave, Oven, Iron. Possibility of using a closed box in the basement for the parking of a medium size car. this box is equipped with an electric plug Green up which allows the recharging of electric or hybrid rechargeable vehicles You will also have a terrace, which is magnificent and offers a beautiful view of the Sainte Victoire! A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. You will stay 10 minutes by car (and 30min walk) from the city center where you will find everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops...)! Visit Aix-en-Provence and discover : Its old town (10 minutes by car), the Cours Mirabeau (13 minutes), the Granet Museum (12 minutes) which is one of the most beautiful museums in France, the Pavillon de Vendôme (5 minutes), the Vasarely Foundation (5 minutes), and many others... For your daily shopping, you will have a Géant Casino at 5 minutes by car. ...
