Enjoy this beautiful apartment in La Forêt-Fouesnant, less than 300m from the beach, with an area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom. The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa bed and a dining area - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, a coffee machine (Senseo)... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a double open dressing room - A bathroom with shower and basin - A separate toilet On the mezzanine: - A sleeping area with single bed (90×190) and storage unit. Outside : - A balcony (3m×1.5m) furnished and south facing to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). - Animals are not accepted. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment to be made with our partner on the spot). - Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
