In the commune of Sainte-Solange, we offer you this charming gite located in a 17th century house, with a surface area of 49 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lounge area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A lounge area with TV, sofa and armchairs - Kitchen opening onto the dining room, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with two single beds - A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC Please note: the gîte is located in a hamlet with two other properties that we manage (Grand Gîte de Villecomte and Petit Gîte de Villecomte), all of which can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Outside area : - A garden of approximately 500 m², shared, composed of several parts: an area with table and outdoor chairs, a small wood for walking (fires are prohibited). It is not enclosed but has natural boundaries (hedges and copses), and there are no roads nearby. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. The gite is ideally situated in Sainte-Solange, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All essential shops are within 3 kilometres of the gite. Activities : - Visit Bourges, some twenty kilometres away - Visit the Sancerre region for its wines - Visit Menetou Salon, some fifteen kilometres away, also for its wines and château - Noirlac Abbey, a jewel of medieval architecture - The Jacques Coeur route, with its fine architectural buildings - To the north, 70 kilometres away, Gien and its museums, earthenware, etc. Events : Le Printemps de Bourges Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. A car is essential.
