At the foot of the ramparts of the medieval town of Sainte Suzanne, classified among the “Most Beautiful Villages in France”, this independent house combines an old renovated part with a contemporary extension in wooden construction. It will accommodate up to 6 people in a comfortable setting. In the renovated old part, you will find a fully equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare your own meals, a bright living room with a stove for your winter evenings, and upstairs the “North Tower” bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 and a small office. Access to this bedroom is via a staircase leading directly into the bedroom (no door). In the contemporary part, you will find on the garden level, the “South Tower” bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and access to the garden, upstairs the “Guet Tower” bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a baby bed and a play and relaxation area. On the same level as the old part, the contemporary part includes a living room with a view of the Charnie forest, a bathroom and a separate toilet. This cottage is equipped with WIFI and a TV. Outside, a terrace on stilts with access to the living room, and another terrace at the bottom of the garden with dining area and barbecue. The enclosed grounds will reassure you about the safety of children. Biker and cyclist friends, you can bring your 2 wheels under the courtyard.
