This apartment offers access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided, and bedlinen is available for a fee. Air conditioning is not available.

Attention : snow equipment is mandatory from November 1 to March 31 The last kilometer of access is not cleared of snow and may require you to cover this distance on foot, with your luggage (choose backpacks over suitcases!) This constraint, which cannot suit everyone, has the merit of making the site isolated and fully immersed in the wild nature of Mercantour.
