We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Quimper, this charming apartment of a surface of 78 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 27 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 27 m² with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A 12 m² bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet - A 2nd bedroom of 10.5 m² with a double sofa bed and a closet - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Terrace of 38 m2 sunny all afternoon with awning, armchairs for 4 people and garden coffee table. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi at disposal (optical fiber) - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - For the good of all, thank you to respect the neighborhood. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Quiet area in the city center, very close to the historical center of Quimper (5 minutes walk) and to all the shops, 50 m from the Odet river and its possibilities of walking or cycling. Activities : Walks, Jogging, Golf of Lanniron at 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, commented visit of the city in mini-train, Tourist Office at 10 minutes on foot. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the apartment. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus service with convergence of lines 3 minutes away on foot.
