We offer this charming, fully renovated 180 m² house in Nantes, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 40 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower or bath) and a 200 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation consists of the following three levels: A living space on the first level: - A 40 m² living room - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A small storage room - Separate WC Garden level : - Linen room - Bathroom with bath - A bedroom overlooking the garden - A small lounge overlooking the garden Top level: - Bedrooms 1 and 2: queen-size double bed (160×200), each with en-suite shower room and WC. One of the bedrooms has a small mezzanine for relaxing, reading or playing! - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
