Ile aux Moines is just around the corner and can be reached from the landing stage, less than 10 minutes' walk away. With a surface area of 65 m², it can accommodate up to 4 passengers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 31 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with work areas, a bathroom (with shower) and an 80 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 31 m² with TV - A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90X200) and 1 queen bed (160x200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following complementary equipment: washing machine, dryer, table and iron.
