The whole place was very well thought through. it felt more spacious because of it. beds and ac were great. location was amazing, just walk across the street for a swim. Philippe was a fantastic host as well, was there to meet us, walked us through the apartment, had a bottle of wine in the fridge and was available for questions. great stay

The location couldn’t have been better. Right on the promenade with an amazing view but still quiet inside. There was a great beach club just up the block which made it even better. The place is super comfortable and feels like home. The host Philippe is super nice, always responsive and very helpful.

Phillipe is the best host we've ever had. He met us at the apartment, showed how everything worked and gave great info about the area. He even left a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the refrigerator -- a small gesture but one that conveys a real sense of welcome. The toiletries he provided were excellent. I just hope we're able to stay with Phillipe again. We highly recommend this apt

Our host Philippe was great and gave us a lovely welcome on arrival. He was waiting for us outside when we arrived, having kept in touch by text. We loved the location right on the Promenade des Anglais. We've been to Nice several times before, and always wished for a sea view, but it's too expensive to stay in a hotel room here and get a sea view. So, this was an excellent compromise. It was a good spot for people watching, always plenty to see. It was lovely having a balcony, even if we didn't sit out there, just having the doors open was very nice.

The view and balcony were so amazing - better than expected. This is a residential area so its about a 15-20 minute walk up the promenade to Nice town but the apartment is worth it - also then not as noisy as staying in the town. The place is super clean and Philippe was a dream host. He was super accommodating with us checking in earlier (which we couldn't end up doing). He was always available quickly on whatsapp for anything we needed. He even helped sort free parking for a few hours as we arrived with a car. He let us store our luggage on the last day with concierge so we could go to the beach. He was so lovely and made checking in (with changing times) easy. The apartment has everything you need - full kitchen etc. The shower was great (pressure & temperature). Fast wifi. Loved it here and would recommend!
