## The space Ma Conciergerie en Normandie vous présente "Les Quais de Seine". Superbe appartement récemment rénové, idéalement situé au bord des quais de Seine Rive Gauche, à 5mn en bus de la gare SNCF et à moins de 10mn à pied de la place du Vieux Marché. Agréable à vivre et confortable, nous pouvons accueillir jusqu’à 4 voyageurs. Il est composé de : - Une cuisine aménagée ouverte sur salon avec plan de travail, réfrigérateur, four, machine à café, plaques induction, nombreux rangements et tous les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner de bons petits plats. - Un chaleureux salon/salle à manger avec TV + accès à Netflix. - Une belle chambre spacieuse avec literie confortable (160x200cm) et dressing. - Une seconde chambre avec une literie neuve en140x190cm. - Une salle de douche joliment décorée. Tout a été pensé pour que vous puissiez passer un merveilleux séjour ! :-) Enfin, des places de stationnement gratuites sont souvent disponibles autour de la résidence. A noter : Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans la location. SOYONS RESPECTUEUX : Afin de respecter le voisinage, nous vous remercions de limiter le bruit entre 22h et 7h. Aucun évènement festif ne sera toléré au sein du logement.
