In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than two kilometers from the beach, we offer this charming 72 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, an office, a bathroom (with bath) and a 160 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 25 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A study with a double sofa bed Second floor: - Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160×200) with a balcony of approx. 2m². - Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (the top bunk is more suitable for a child). - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Exterior: - A garden of approx. 80 m² facing east - A West-facing garden of approx. 80 m² with a terrace of approx. 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
