Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Saint-Lary-Soulan, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 27 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of about 12 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, extractor fan, cookeo robot, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine and 1 double sofa bed - A bathroom with shower and WC - A room located opposite the flat, to store your ski equipment, suitcases etc. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Other remarks: - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The accommodation is completely non-smoking. - The cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you, otherwise a deduction from the deposit may be made. - Bed linen and towels are not included. If you bring your own sheets, we advise you to bring a 160x190 sheet for the sofa beds.

You will be in the heart of the resort of St Lary Soulan Pla D'Adet, close to all the shops: ski schools, mini-markets, ski equipment hire shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, ski clothes shops... All you have to do is cross the road to be on the slopes! In the village of Saint Lary: Thalassotherapy centre, cinema, swimming pool open in summer Activities : Winter: Ski, snow, snowshoes, sledging, outdoor ice rink (Saint Lary Village)... Summer: paragliding, mountain biking, hiking...
