It comprises a lovely 150 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 3,000 m². The accommodation comprises - A large 150 m² living room with sofa, TV and fireplace (use at extra cost) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - 150 m² private winter garden with furniture - Bedroom 1 : king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Shower room - Two separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather - A beautiful south-facing garden of around 3,000 m². The house is ideally located in La Rabatelière, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private, enclosed garage.
